I live in the South US - Louisiana to be precise, with the love of my life, Garett (The most handsome, big-hearted man on the universe. Sometimes I think he's half woman.)

I started this blog on a whim. I somehow fell into the pinterest coma, and one day I realized how many people on this planet have a blog to call their own. From that moment on, I decided I really, really wanted to be one of those people. The majority of my time during the day is spent on the computer, at work. I am a fast-paced worker and somehow always manage to find time to do..well...nothing. I figure I could atleast make use of some of that spare time here... or lets hope!
As for my life at home, i'm...um....well, BUSY. With a new baby in our lives, Garett and I don't have much time for outside activities anymore. I daily find myself juggling the tasks of being mommy, girlfriend, daughter, best friend, and co-worker, all the while dreaming to be photographer, party planner, and perfect model goddess. (kidding about the latter. never gonna happen.)
I am constantly trying to balance all of my titles, and somehow -- i'm doing it; hints the blog title A Flimsy Balance; Because even I know i'm strong, but I won't be naive enough to say that I won't tear eventually.
Thankfully.... I have incredible people in my life to stitch me right back together.
